My name is Robert Applegate. I am a licensed coach and minister, and I have spent over a decade walking alongside men in some of the most demanding environments there are. Corporate boardrooms. Business settings. Churches. Ministries. Houses of prayer. I have sat with men at every level of life and every level of pain.

But none of that is what qualifies me to sit with you.

What qualifies me is this. I carried pornography for twenty years. I know what it feels like to preach on Sunday and fall on Monday. I know what it feels like to lead people toward God while quietly believing He was done with me. I know the couch. I know the silence. I know the shame that does not have a name yet but sits on your chest every single morning.

And I know what it took to get free.

Almost a decade ago God brought me out of it. Not through willpower. Not through a blocker or a course or a promise I made at an altar. He brought me out by going to the root. The wounds. The agreements. The identity that had been built on a lie. When those things changed, everything changed.

That journey is why I do this work.

I am not a therapist looking at you from across a clinical distance. I am a man who has walked the road you are on. I know where the landmines are. I know where the healing happens. I know what needs to be said out loud and I know how to create the space where you can finally say it.

10 — Emergency Visits

How Does The Program Work

A root based process.

Ten weeks. Every session sequenced intentionally. We do not manage the behavior on the surface — we follow the Holy Spirit down to the root and rebuild from there, through five distinct phases of transformation.

Phase One

Weeks 1 and 2

Assessment and Foundation

We do not start with the problem. We start with the man. Full root assessment. Identity in Christ established as the only foundation. Shame structure identified. Physical plan launched.

Phase Two

Weeks 3 and 4

Root Cause and Wound Work

We go underneath the behavior. Attachment wounds. Childhood agreements. What porn has been medicating for years. Inner healing begins here. The Holy Spirit is the healer. We follow His lead.

Phase Three

Weeks 5 and 6

Mind Renewal and Emotional Regulation

Romans 12:2 is the mechanism. We build the skill of catching and replacing thoughts. We map every trigger and build a specific response plan. Discomfort without escape.

Phase Four

Weeks 7 and 8

Deliverance and Spiritual Breakthrough

Where there are strongholds we deal with them directly. Deliverance as normal Christianity. Walking in the Spirit as a daily reality not a Sunday concept. The free man is Spirit-led not flesh-driven.

Weeks 9 and 10

Identity Lock and Launch

You do not graduate back into the old man. We lock in who you are now. Relationships. Calling. The free version of your life. You leave with a long-term freedom plan not just ten weeks of accountability.

You must fully trust your coach and show up as the real version of yourself. No managed image. Shame lives in secrecy and dies in the light.

Willingness to Go Through Physical Withdrawal

Structured exercise, restored sleep, and fasting as committed disciplines. The brain running on overstimulation needs to be rebuilt. Your body is a temple and we will steward it like one.
